Dupont Riboprinter microbial characterization system with PC workstation, LCD monitor, Topaz UPS system and customized cart. Validated by manufacturer on custom cart to enable movement from application to application. The Dupont Qualicon Riboprinter Microbial Characterization System provides an automated genetic snapshot of any bacterial Strain in less than 8 hours. (Up to 32 samples per day; 8 samples per batch with results in 8 hours; new batches can be loaded every 2-3 hours) Provides speed, accuracy and resolution needed to identify bacteria and then compare them at the strain level for efficient and consistent characterization.

State of the art/industry genetic (ID) identification equipment for determining species and variety of source organisms for use in all Quality Control or analytical environments. Enables complete DNA level identification of all cell types and comparison against a >14,000 organism database.

May be used in forensic ID applications with appropriate licensing and SOPs. These are high end precision instruments that provide absolute analysis cost effectively.
