Refurbished Jasco FP-2020 Plus fluorescence detector. The FP-2020 fluorescence detector offers unbeatable sensitivity, for example, detection limits of anthracene are as low as 40 femtograms on column. The FP-2020 covers a wide wavelength range both for excitation and emission from 220 nm to 700 nm (optional to 900 nm) with proven stability. The FP-2020 fluorescence detector can be fully controlled through its built-in keypad for stand-alone use with any HPLC system - including Ex and EM wavelength, sensitivity and autozero changes during the run. A rapid scan feature allows spectral acquisition for both excitation and emission spectra (when used in a JASCO system spectral analysis can be done using Spectra Manager).
